In my interaction with George (Ginosko Consultants), I have found him to be extremely keen to understand specific training needs before delivery. This one quality has ensured that the programs he has delivered in my previous organization and at Philips, now NXP, have been very well received and the practicality of concepts has been clearly understood by participants. His facilitation of programs such as 'End User Empathy' and 'Technical Consulting Skills', has been excellent. Also his focus on doing only specific programs has ensured that the content is not diluted. We have been very happy with the programs he has conducted and hope to continue working with George for a long time.
