Cynthia Rankin
Cynthia Rankin holds a MSc in Professional Writing, and a diploma in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) from Trinity College, London. She has published articles on Cross-Cultural Communications, both nationally and internationally.
While working in the IT industry, she was a technical writer and a process engineer at Amerix Corporation, Columbia, Maryland. She has developed and taught seminars for IT companies in India on subjects such as Business Culture and Technical Writing. She developed and taught courses to train trainers at the International Institute of Linguistics in Maryland, USA.
